Postdoctoral Fellows Leave

Annual Leave

• Full-time Postdoctoral Fellows will receive annual (vacation) leave at the rate of 1 ¼ working days per month, for full time continuous service.
• Annual leave may not exceed 15 work days at the last day of each month.
• Any unused annual leave may be carried forward from one Fiscal year to the next.  
• There is no payment for unused annual leave upon termination of employment.

Sick Leave

• Full-time Postdoctoral Fellows will receive 15 days of sick leave upon hire.  
• After the first year, Postdoctoral Fellow will accrue sick leave at the rate of 1 ¼ working days per month.
• Sick leave may not exceed 15 work days at the last day of each month
• Any unused sick leave may be carried forward from one Fiscal year to the next.  
• There is no payment for unused sick leave upon termination of employment.
