- Complete NPD-19 and Classified Position Approval form
- Attach Organizational Chart to NPD-19
- Submit all materials to appropriate administrators for approval
- Forward signed forms to Human Resources
- Classified Position Approval form is reviewed by Human Resources for appropriate endorsements and required
information.
- Human Resources conducts position analysis and approves grade level for recruitment.
- Human Resources requests approval from Budget Office after completing position analysis.
- Human Resources Contacts Appointing Authority to discuss Recruitment Options

- Complete State of Nevada Position Questionnaire Form NPD-19
- Human Resources Reviews Forms
