Human Resources is sponsoring a Retirement Planning Day at the Student Union on February 8, 2012. Benefits staff will be holding an informational session on the various retirement plans offered through the University at 9:00 a.m. at the Student Union Room 208B
In addition, representatives from Fidelity, Hartford, ING, TIAA-CREF and VALIC will be available at the Student Union Room 224 from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. to answer individual questions

The Nevada Chapter of the College and University Professional Association for Human Resources is hosting a professional development opportunity on Thursday, April 26, 2012 at the UNLV Paradise Campus. The theme is Maximizing Your Personal Leadership - Discovering Your Inner Strength. Facilitator Dr. Joelle Jay will discuss how to sustain your personal and professional well-being and take the lead in your own life. We will learn to find positivity and productivity even in a tough environment. This informative 1/2 day networking event is only $35 and includes refreshments. HRCI pre-approved credits are pending.
