I-9 eXpress - Effective May 1, 2011

Effective May 1, 2011 - UNLV will be utilizing the TALX I-9 eXpress a web based environment to complete and manage electronic I-9s, creating efficiencies in process, compliance with regulations, and savings of paper production. 

As of this date all I-9s must be created online.

to either complete Section One or verify Section Two.

Transition Assistance Event

Employees affected by UNLV budget cuts and/or employees in a state of transition are invited to a Transition Assistance Event offered by Human Resources on Wednesday, July 13th. Stop by CSB, Room 212G at any time between 1 - 4 p.m. to visit with subject matter experts and receive assistance on the following topics:

• Career experts will meet individually with you and assist with job search, resume, and cover letter resources
• Nevada Department of Employment, Training & Rehabilitation (DETR) representatives will answer questions regarding Unemployment Insurance
• Public Employee Retirement representatives will meet with you to discuss retirement options (if applicable)
• UNLV HR representatives will be available to answer questions about benefits, notice periods, classified layoffs, and employment options
